MedAdvisor is a leading Australian health-tech company helping patients manage medications, prescriptions, refills and adherence. Their mobile app is a primary channel for patient engagement and ongoing adherence support.
MedAdvisor engaged App Media to lift App Store visibility for medication-related queries and improve install-to-active-user conversion.
The challenge
- Health and medication categories on the App Store are competitive and tightly regulated — copy and imagery have to work for both Apple/Google guidelines and TGA expectations.
- A large addressable patient population, but App Store discoverability was holding the app back from reaching it.
- Installs that landed often took several days to convert to first-medication-logged — which depressed lifecycle metrics.
